Pathetic service from standard bank insurance

Accident to my motor vehicle was reported 2 weeks ago, it took One full week for the assesor to come and view the vehicle, and been waiting another week for some feed back, when calling the standard bank insurance call centre, thier response being that they have not recived the assesors report and after calling the assesor they said that it has been sent, I only have a courtesy car for 30 days, there after I will be left without a car and they made that clear, what is the point having insurance when they offer such pathetic service, they are never late when it comes to taking payment but when it comes to service delivery it's pathetic
