I took out a funeral policy from FNB in May 2013, however my premiums went off every month after my debit date (1st) I agreed to, I was informed via sms in Dec 2013 that my funeral policy was cancelled. I went in the Century branch to query the the funeral policy a consultant by the name of Juan assisted me he was extremely helpful, but when he contacted the call centre with my complaints they took forever to answer the call. The consultant (Funeral Pan Call center) Boitumelo Pshidi didnt know what she was talking about and said that my policy was cancelled because my payments for DEC and JAN was unpaid but i received the sms in DEC 2013, I was told that the Call cent-re Manager is going to call me back Portia, she was extremely rude had no way of talking to me and was speaking over me the whole time, I was also told that they FNB is not going to refund my premiums back that I paid for 7 months, so FNB takes money from people that earn so little and their hard earned money, Portia is in the wrong industry she have no peoples skills and no way of speaking with people. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS. I would have left it as is until Portia phoned me.
