Defected with money and cars

I am in the process of gathering information on Chris to press charges. He has been giving clients cars to other clients to whom he owes money including my car.

I have been fortunate enough to track my car to a gentleman to whom it was given as collateral. He is also owed monies by Chris who seems to have run away. Information lead to believe he moved house in the night.

A fake Licence permit was given to the recipient of my vehicle.. If anyone els wants to go to the cops.. A stronger case may be built..
