My son has a 25 Year Money-back Plus policy with you that he wants to cancel. He is currently overseas and has requested my assistance. When I phoned your office I was told that he should send an email to [Email Removed] However, messages sent to that address are returned as undeliverable. When I phoned your call centre again to ask for another email address I was told that that is the only one they have been given. I then asked to speak to a manager, she tried several people and no-one answered. After holding on for 15 minutes I gave up. Will someone who knows even a little bit of what goes on in your office please contact me so that this policy can be closed. This waste of time has now pushed the policy into the month of February, and you have deducted another premium. I started this procedure on 27 January. Please reverse the amount deducted in February.
