Auto and General dont keep their word

I have been complaining and making numerous calls to my insurance Auto & General since the estimated completion date of the repair of my vehicle after the accident and even after my car was foggily repaired without any success. I'm still driving my car which even today im still waiting for parts to be fitted. The image and value of my car (BMW 323i, E90 Sports) has been tarnished but yet Im paying my premiums every month with the worst service that im getting from my insurance.
I was involved in an accident last year September 2013, and my insurance appointed a repairer "Auto Magic" in Nelspruit. I was promised by the repairer on numerous occasions that my car will be ready after I have complained as the pull car (Curtsey Car) was nearing its loan days and it came to a point that it was extended for almost another month. My cay only got damaged on the front bumper and the lights on the left. No steel work needed. But even to date im still waiting for some of the parts to be fitted.
