Why does Old Mutual provide clients with contact email addresses on their website if they do not respond to client emails? I've sent Old Mutual 3 emails since Jan 2013 requesting them to stop sending me unwanted emails on a policy I've cancelled last year already. Old Mutual provides the following email address on the website for technical assistance: [Email Removed] I've sent all my requests to this email address & I do get an automated acknowledgement stating my email was received BUT to this day I'm still waiting for an Old Mutual representative to respond. I cannot conveniently phone the Service Support Centre because I'm currently not in SA. I DO NOT want to reset a password OR activate a disabled/locked account OR update my email address. All I want is for Old Mutual to STOP SENDING ME EMAILS that relates to my closed policy. This is really a simple request. Also, Old Mutual should seriously add an "unsubscribe" option/link to their emails as this would have given me the option to cancel these emails myself.
