Please have a look at the below promise that my money should be in my account already... I promise you it's not. At least I do have an appointment with DQ Track tomorrow - that is IF they will show up.

Will Discovery every get this right?

This is truly a very poor show from our part and we are really sorry for this.

The payment has been processed and should be in your account by now, the initial delay was due to the claims technician not completing the process.

Rishan from our DQ division has been in contact and has arranged for a check of the DQ unit on your vehicle as the distance does not seem correct.

We endeavour to provide the best service and are truly sorry for dropping the ball here.
