DQ Track device not connected as promised

My nightmare with Discovery Insure continues. After the absolute nightmare of trying to get my Discovery Card delivered to the correct address, it is now proving to be as big a problem to actually get the DG Track device working properly.

The technician fitted the device on Saturday 09 March at 1pm and said I should send an SMS to the cellnr of the device on Tuesday evening, which I did. Not working. So with great trepidation I called 0860751751 on Wednesday to find out what went wrong. After almost half an hour on the phone, being put through from one department to the next, the device was finally loaded on their systems. It still remains to be seen if the DQ Track device is now working or note. Note that the technician had completed all the documentation correctly - Discovery Insure stuffed this up again.

When did Discovery become an incompetent government department? If it was not for the brilliant benefits of the Discovery Insure suite of products, I would go back to Budget Insurance tomorrow.
