Technician fails to arrive to install tracke

Had appointment for tracker to be installed at 8am on 24/08/2013.
10am technician still has not arrived, no phone calls to apologize about delay or no show and when I phone Discovery DQ Tracker this morning (many times) there is no option to get to this department and neither can the other departments within Discovery seems to be able to find anyone from DQ Tracker department to assist.
What poor client service!
