After the installation of the DQ track unit in my wife's car we've had numerous problems. On 25 October 2013, after the unit had malfunctioned for over a month a technician was dispatched for the third time after initial installation (ie - fourth visit). Following this last visit the vehicle's brake lights weren't responding correctly.
The technician was dispatched again and on 31 October fixed the brake light problem; unfortunately this resulted in the unit again malfunctioning and incorrectly reporting position.
The service from Discovery and DQ track specifically, is unacceptable. I pay a premium to make use of Discovery insure, one of the specific reasons being the advantages of the DQ track system.
I request immediate action, possibly complete removal of the unit.
