Discovery service provider (C-track)

After painstakingly taking the time to put in leave for the fitment of a C-track module as part of the Discovery Insure product, the C-track service provider promptly arrived just after 9am to install the unit. Within an hour though he advised us that he had to remove the unit do to some fault on behalf of C-track systems. We made it perfectly clear on arranging the appointment that fitment at the place of work was not appropriate and that time was extremely limited to arrange appointments (as leave would have to be arranged in order to be available).

The shoddy attitude implying that we should simply make another appointment is simply not acceptable! This adds to previous complaints to inaccurate measurement of the unit for the purpose of acquiring DQ points as part of Discovery's product.
