DQ Mapper not functional on Discovery site

I joined Discovery Insure to be able to insure and track my vehicles.
After the installation of the DQ trackers was done in January 2013, I started my insurance on 01 Feb 2013.
Subsequently, I tried to access my vehicle on the Discovery site as promised in Feb. I couldn't access my vehicle and therefore tried to access my wife's vehicle, using her login details and it worked.
I inquired about this problem with DIscovery Insure and they told me that my Id number was entered incorrectly on the system and that it will be corrected.
I had to wait a certain period for this to take place and then I will be able to access my vehicle.
However, a day later, nothing has changed!
I phoned Discovery again, and was told that the id number was changed to the correct one, but there seems to be a duplicate id number on the system and that that the IT department need to sort it out.
Needless to say a day later it was still not fixed!!
I, subsequently, phoned every day at least ones to check if the problem was fixed, and still today its not fixed.

I can come to no other conclusion that Discovery and or DQ Mapper don't care or hasn't got correct ability to correct the problem.
