Promises not kept

I phoned Discovery several times and was told sorry we can't do anything for you. Then I logged a Hello Peter complaint and received this:

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We are so sorry about the service you were given, which ultimately caused a delay in you receiving your payment.

We have since corrected this and payment will be processed into the correct account, funds should reflect in your account in the next 7-10 working days.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for our very poor service which let you down completely!

To no surprise... on the 9th working day still nothing happened.

After this I received my DQ drive report... what a surprise, it doesn't work either - according to them I only drove 21km for the month 29/11 - 29/12 - going to the Free State every weekend with min of 375km per trip - I DON"T THINK SO. Discovery Insure is the biggest hox every.
