Credit card frozen because of non fica compliant!!

I applied for credit card December in the nedbank branch (North Cape Mall kimberley NC) & I was assisted by a not friendly consultant that did not even make eye contact with me & all she did was ask for documents and only told me " I am approved for R35 000" and then I asked how does it work in terms of interest & she proudly said "she does not know I must ask the call center". I asked again the lady at Enquiry when I collected the card! she referred me to call center! To my surprise on 31/01/14 when I tried to swipe the card it didn't go through after I have purchased. I then phoned the Customer Care only to find out that my card is frozen because they did not receive the KYC from the branch. I was furious & felt that I should have been contacted rather than freezing the account, & why must I penalised for their consultant that did not do her job! Sanette at head office asked me which option am I using-budget or straight i said I have no idea since it was not explained to me she said "she can not assist me as I have failed the question" (while I am still frustrated and was in the line for 38min). Now i'm xpected to submit the ID & kyc to the branch & I had them when applying!!!
