Billing me for a credit card I never signed fo

Good day,
Kindly assist me with the following: in 2011 I was contacted by a Nedbank agent to advise me that I qualify for a Nedbank Credit card - I specifically told the agent that I am interested in a credit card, but I will visit my nearest Branch to apply as I want to first find out a few things. I told him DO NOT SEND ME A CREDIT CARD, I will go to a Branch. Clearly he did not listen to the customer as a few weeks later I received an sms that my credit card is ready for collection. I ignored this as I never agreed to a credit card. In 2012, after receiving numerous statements that my "credit card" is overdue I went to the Whitehouse Branch in Bloemfontein. They called the head office and I spoke to a lady and she advised me that she will cancel this as she can see that no where did I sign for a credit card and she will pass credit accordingly. She could not provide me with a reference number. I am still receiving threatening sms's that say my "credit card" is overdue! WHAT CREDIT CARD!!??? I promise you, if my ITC score gets negatively affected by this I will not be happy at all!!! Please come back to me ASAP!!!
