Not delivering on services on offe

I applied for a credit card sometime last week, which was approved. While doing the application (telephonically), the consultant advised seeing as i already have a credit card with Fnb, they can carry that balance over. When i was called and notified my application was successful, i inquired if the above was done, and the consultant said i should contact the branch where my card will be delivered, as she cannot see on her side. I contacted the branch and was referred to the credit card call centre. I went to the Braamfontein branch today to collect my card, and was told the above service was done actioned, and that they could not do anything about it. NEDBANK Service!!! Offer a service, but cannot deliver!!
