The worst service ever!

This is one service provider I will not use in future, after a week of phone calls and going personally into a branch twice! I have been given different stories and am fed up, I paid my credit card (what was due) via EFT and my card was frozen, after phoning the following reasons were given to me at a different call to African bank, firstly I have to FICA so I go to the branch and FICA, my card is still frozen, they didn't receive anything I personally email through the documents and go into the branch again, then there's an installment outstanding I have to pay that and within a half an hour my card will be active (says the manager at the branch) then it's still frozen the following day, then I get told I can't pay cash a de bit order arrangement has to be done and then it will be activated, the folling day it's still frozen, I then get told 3 consecutive debit orders need to run before they will activate my card, asking the branch manager if it is so she tells me that is incorrect I just have to pay the outstanding amount and it will be active, doesn't matter how I pay as long as it's up to date, I phone the branch and tell them I got told yet again 3 debit orders need to run
