Credit card still warmed > 48 hours late

On 26 July 2013 I applied for an increase on my credit card limit. This was approved and I was issued with a new credit card. I tried to use it only to discover it does not work. I went to the branch and was told that the card has been warmed and that I must submitt my proof of address and bring my ID, which I did and the consultant "sent: these to head office and I was told that the card will be active in 48hours that was on the 1st of August 2013. I am still waiting for the card to be activated! I phoned head office and they said they never received the doucments and that I should submitt them, and was given refference no: 9734520, I went to the branch yesterday as the card is still warmed! I submitted the documents AGAIN and the consultant sent them to head office by fax and by email. Today I receive yet another sms to submit the documents for the third time, clearly someone is not doing their job at AFRICAN BANK and I as the customer is being greatly inconvenienced as a result, its unacceptable that I should be expected to submit the same documents 3TIMES! Pathetic service I am not impressed!
