Payments deducted early

I have contacted their office numerous times, instructingthem that my that my pay day is on the 25th and to stop deducting the payment on the 23rd. My bank has informed me that I now have bad credit on my cheque account because of this. In January, the debit order was deducted twice and again early! My bank fees on my account, because if returned debit order fees, is over R700 this morning. I am now taking this matter furthe
