Unathorised debit orde

I am very unhappy with the services from FNB. There was a debit order that went against my savings account which was done by the branch in Pretoria. I went to the branch and discovered that they are claiming that the debit order was suppose to be deducted from my cheque account, the branch deducted my savings account because there were no funds available. now my question was who gave the bank authorisation to go into my savings account??? I use my savings account for my son's school fees how am I going to pay school fees when the bank just go into my account and paid the company?? It does not make sense to me why would the bank be anxious to pay this company. The bank is also refusing to reverse this amount claiming that it is already with that company??? please help me resolve this matter because nobody in the bank can help me and I think this is totally unfair and unacceptable practice. From today I am moving all my accounts from FNB!!!
