Mr SS Mbonani had an accident on the 11th of January and called the insurance who advised to use Metro as one of their approved towing company. The car was towed to Metro storage. A follow up was made after a week to see if the car was going to be repaired. After his account was updated, we were tolde that the assessor assessed the car and requested to car to be towed to Silver Star Auto for a quote, that was on the 21st of Jan when I made a follow. Calling Silver star, they had never received any car. Client went to Metro towing company and discovered that the car was towed to Precision, Precision confirmed but said the car was just dropped without anyone saying anything. That means there was no proper communication amongst the parties. Following up, we get different stories. Till today the car is still with Precision, and the assessor told us yesterday that he was busy organising the car to be moved to Silver Star for a quote, he was trying to push, my question was for so long the assessor had not followed up on the task he has given to either Metro or Silver star. Todate no one is updating us except if we call them. We have no clue when will the care be repaired. Please assist
