Customer service agents giving me the run-around

On Wednesday I contacted the service line to assist me, as a debit order went off my account when I had already made a payment. Upon phoning, the person advised me that reversals are done on Fridays and that I needed to send proof of payment I made before. I said I needed the money back soon, and she advised I go back to the store where I made the payment for them to reverse. This didn't work.
I phoned back again on Thursday and spoke to diff agent, who advised something completely different. And then spoke to a 3rd person who also advised something else, where I have sent what I was told, just to receive a mail stating I had to send additional documentation.
I am being treated like a complete criminal to get my OWN money back, as I am required to send all types of information that RCS should already have on file, as they debit from my account every month!
When asked to speak to a superior I am not directed to one! This is the worst customer service experienced within your cards department!! I want my money back and someone who knows what they are doing to contact me!!!
