On the day I uploaded first complaint, I got an SMS informing me of my reference number (56732612) for my complaint and on the 28th Jan I got a call for Standard Bank, the person I spoke to claimed I bought my house on auction, which I didn't, and he went on about the issue of eviction which was not what my application was about. I am handling the eviction on my own and I bought that house from its owners. I applied to Standard Bank to have my bond repayment suspended, but nothing about was said until I raised the issue with this guy. Turned out in all ten days nobody bothered to read the two documents I sent to them. If they did, they would have seen the reference of my application written in capital letters and in bold and clrealy stating that I am applying to have my bond repayments suspended because of financial constraits brough on by the eviction. Now I am waiting again, the gentleman I spoke to said he'll come back to me, but he hasn't. Can someone from Standard Bank please assist me. Why should we get attention if we complain? That's not good service!
