Useless Service - Frustrated

I contacted ABSA insurance on 0860100876 and logged a claim on 15 Nov 2013 at around 14:30 for the repair of my sliding door glass. Within a few hours i received an SMS indicating my claim number (2482168) and that i would be contacted within 48hrs - to date i have not received a call. I contacted the claim centre on the number (0860302011) listed on the SMS on 8 separate occasions and waited approx. 15 min on each call and have yet to make contact. I then called the call centre (0860100876) back and spoke multiple consultants requesting an update. I was give Marlene Marshall's number (0115018608), she doesn't answer at all, left messages with no return calls. I was then given the number for the Claim manager, Steve Rampaye 0115018602 - i have tried on 5 separate occasions and the number just rings, no option of voice mail. It is raining in at my door which is going to cause other damages. Please can someone who actually can help me contact me to get this resolved soonest. Very frustrated with this poor service and considering moving my insurance elsewhere.
