No wanting to cover and double excess charged

I recently put a claim in for termites in my home that were hollowing the ground out from underneath my lounge and garage and a claim for two broken windows in my sliding door that were caused by a tree growing up against my home. i was informed that i was not covered for the termites due to the fact that the insurance does not cover pests, i asked the consultant what would happen if the building falls down due to the termites she just replied sorry that would not be there problem. The two broken windows would have to be two separate claims as it is two broken pane's of glass and an excess amount would be times two, which is a 1000 rand its one door with four pane's of glass and two are broken. how can it be two claims. I have been with absa insurance for more than eight years and I have never claimed from them. the first time you do claim and they treat you like a criminal why do you have insurance when it means nothing.
