WORST service I have ever received!!

On the 11th of October, PG Glass came to our house to remove a glass sliding door, take it to their workshop, repair it.
When they returned with the door, the handle was off and the wheels on the door were also off, we were charged for the replacement. I find this ridiculous as both worker before the door was removed.
when I confronted them about the dents in the door frame, they became very apprehensive and tried to convince me that the dents (obviously caused by a screwdriver) were on the door when they removed it. The one crew member started shouting at me when I indicated to him that the new door was installed skew, and that he installed a standard handle (we had one with a key on the outside) he totally lost his temper. He shouted at me that I know nothing about HIS work and that the installation is correct.
I chased him away and his colleague completed the installation. We immediately phoned the manager and made him aware of the situation.
R2700.00 later, we have a skew door, that does not open nor close properly, NEW wheels keep climbing off the rails, NEW lock that doesn't lock properly. They also FORGOT our alarm sensor, so I'm unable to activate my alarm properly.
