WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

A few months ago I bought a car and decided to insure it and was advised that outsurace was the best by far. I then decided to try outsurance a lovely agent called me and explained the "wonderful" benefits that they had, i was very impressed. I was advised that i would receive an sms as well as an email confirming my policy details and that i would have to take my car in for an inspection and the details would be sms'd to me. I was very happy to comply, i advised the agent that because i get paid on the 20th the debit order should run then, needless to say that was done. The following month the debit order ran on the 15th (much to my dismay) and this resulted in my account being overdrawn. i then called and advised yet another agent that this should be cancelled and was told that this has been done and the amount that was deducted would be credited back into my account and this was done. Then another debit order ran on the 13/07 as a result my account was overdrawn yet again, i then called in and i spoke to Hein (not very helpful) and was advised that this cancellation would take up to 30days. And he spoke to me like i was an uneducated stupid person. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
