Requesting Debit order reversal as from 19 Nov

I have asked Jet to do a debit order on my account (7006600100001737123) on 13 Nov 2013 and the agent advised me that because I get paid on the 15th the debit order will only commence on the 15 Dec 2013 and I should pay the instalment for Nov at the Store. Which I have done just to realise that the debit order want off on the 15th. On the 19th of Nov I want to the Store requesting them to reverse the cash payment, the store agent was advised that the Head office will reverse the debit order back to my account. I have been calling the Call centre ever since and get everyday a new story. What JET don't release is I cant afford a double payment of R2100 I need the R1100 in my account to be able to survive till my next pay date. I have spoken to Busi (Agent) on the Monday and she said the debit order reversal will be in my account by 25 Nov 2013. When I called this morning they have advised that I now need to send a copy of my ID and other requirements but why was I not informed on the 19th to send all the requested documents. I also have another debit order going off on 1 Dec 2013, will they pay me the Bank charges when its returned? I really need professional assistance.
