Delaying claim and not providing feedback

On 25 Dec 2013 my car was involved in an accident which I reported to the SAPS the same day. Affinity was closed and opened on the 02 Jan 2014. I reported the claim to them and on the 03 Jan 2014 I submitted the completed forms, assessor inspected my car on 08 Jan 2014. On the 17 Jan when I call Affinity again I was informed that the assessors report was received and the person (Themba) working on my file must just work out the access. I have to phone them every time and I don't get any joy from them. On the week of 20 - 24 Jan 14, I was informed by one of the consultants that a company was allocated to work on my car. On 29 Jan I spoke to one of the supervisors and she a shored me that she will let the person (Themba) working on my file would call me back before 12h00. The member called me after 13h00 just to inform me that the assessors report was only received on the 28 Jan and that it will take another 72 hours to process my claim. Up till now no service from Affinity and no feedback. My car is not fixed and Themba is not responding and delaying.
