I am extremely dissatisfied with affinity health. I went twice to the doctor when i was sick. Afterwards i submitted my claim forms as requested by affinity as per the claim process. Its almost 2 months and i have not been paid at all. And there is no communication from affinity at all i am actually sitting here wondering if i am actually covered for medical aid. The service your consultants provide is poor and unacceptable. Please sort out my claim as soon as possible as i cannot continue to wait this long.
