Savers plan is not a Saving but a waist of money

I went to one of their presentation and decided to take the savings plan in 2003, I think it started wt R50 to R70 and one of their promises was u can get yo money any time you want, when I lost my job then I thought let me tap into my savings, only to be told I can get -R1956 the reason was the policy will only mature after 20 yrs so I decided to leave the money but stop the debit orders as I would not be able to pay, come January this year and called them I was told they wl call me after 10 working days as they have to do the counting manually, never did they call, So I called again and I was told I can only get R656 yhuuuu!! So I asked what happened to R1956 and I was told abt charges, If I only knew they are lying to those presentation I would not dare waste my money like this
