I want all my money

I have a savings account with Old Mutual in which I can withdraw money any time I want it, my granny recently passed away and I needed to withdraw money from that savings account. little did I know what I have put myself into, firstly I called the customer care to disinvest my money which was a nightmare as I was been transferred from department to department about 5 times< eventually when I got to the correct department I was advised that my savings account will take 15 working days to withdraw the money, like its my money I'm not borrowing anything from them then this consultant advises me to go to the branch it will be much quicker. I go to the branch and I'm told its going to be 7 working days which I don't have cause money is needed immediately. Then this stupid consultant keeps repeating everything that I'm saying without solving my query Colleen Aanhuizen just keeps telling me things I already know I don't know why she bothered contacting me, I want to cancel that saving policy and be given every last cent that's in my name from that company this is not what I wanna go through when I have difficult times and I'm not waiting 15 working days.
