Hello

Two days back, my Capitec fixed savings account was to mature. Capitec sent us an SMS stating that my account was gonna mature so I had to collect it. Today, 27-09-2013, they sent me an SMS stating that I had to collect the money. A couple of hours later, criminals came to my house stating that my savings had matured and they wanted the money. They were armed and they told us that they were willing to kill if it was not given to them. They were 100% sure that my account had matured. If you ask me, they knew very well that I had that account. They spoke about it more than once. I think this is an inside job because there was no one at all but my self who knew that my savings was to mature.

Is there a possible way to get Capitec to investigate this matter? I strongly believe this was an inside job.
