Bad Bad Bad Service since 2001

Legalwise staff really own up to there slogan "DONT TALK TO ME" no one wants to listen and keep on passing you from pillar to post. Unprofessional from the time you step into there branches and meet with there unfriendly counselors. Been a loyal client for over 12years and i finally came to my senses. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE close my membership, hope you going to get this right. You are just a number in there eyes and is never been kept in the loop of whats happening with your matter, it just get passed around and you have to follow up all the time otherwise your case will just be closed without you even knowing. No acknowledgement of e-mails or confirmation of all paper work in order, Dont care attitude and just speak with you like they want to, most unprofessional people i ever came across. Bet you can get better service at any public services. They really have a strategy of frustrating there clients and finally you just give up. In experienced lawyers been appointed to attend to your matter that is been handled at a snails passe. JUST OBE FINAL REQUEST PLEASE CLOSE MY POLICY/MEMBERSHIP AND CONFIRM ONCE DONE!!!
