I want to cancel my membership with immediate effect

I was approached by one of the legal wise promoters with some membership papers from legalwise, after completing them i was asked to wait for a call confirming wether i wanted the membership or not, i recieved a call confirming my name and home address, then i recieved an sms notifying me legalwise would be deducting my "premium policy".i never agreed to be a member, i am a student and i dont earn an income so i cant afford it, i have bank charges i cant pay off becouse of the deduction you been making.so i would like to cancel whatever membership i have with you, with immediate effect.
