Legalwise matter dragging on since 2009

Hi.
I have been a Legalwise member for more than 10 years.

I approached legalwise Nelspruit branch in early 2009, to handle a grievance Ihad with a previous employer.
This matter still has not been resolved. Since mid 2011 all efforts from my side to get any feedback on progress has been ignored. I visited the nelspruit branch about a month ago and spoke to Danie and asked him to find out what is happening, why none of my emails to him was answered.
He undertook to find out who is dealing with the matter and get back to me.
No feedback yet to date... but ever day i see the Legalwise ad on TV with smiling happy faces of satisfied customers... maybe from other branches than Nelspruit?...and every month I continue paying Legalwise for for... what?
I will appreciate it if Legalwise (or the Nelspruit branch of Legalwise)- would tell me if they cannot resolve this matter ASAP so i can take it to a better service provider.
