Bad Attitude and Lack of Professionalism

For many years, I have been a Gold Member of LegalWise. I have referred them to many of my friends and associates until now. Using an attorney for a labor issue that Legalwise recommended, I discovered that this attorney's accounts and billing department was in a shambles. They were charging me for unrelated matters and for services not performed. Legalwise was paying these accounts via my policy. I duly reported these anomalies and errors to Legalwise who did nothing to rectify the situation. I eventually spoke to a top manager and asked him to assist. He was rude, offensive and unprofessional. He threatened to cancel my policy if I pursued the matter. Angry, I told him not to bother as I was cancelling due to his attitude. After some months, my anger subsided and I again contacted Legalwise to request reinstatement of my policy offering to pay all arrear premiums. I was told that my name had been blacklisted by management and that Legalwise staff had been instructed never to deal with me ever again. I was no longer welcome as a customer. Repeated emails requesting an explanation were simply ignored.
