I purchased a Defy washing Machine from House and Home Fourways on the 13 September 2013. I had received the washing machine 2 weeks later than expected and I had used it twice before the belt snapped. It took a week later for it to be repaired then once I did my washing the next day the washing and the machine started leaking. I complain to the servicing team at Defy they send out someone to see what wrong with the machine and then they say that they have to replace the drum. The guy came out on Friday and I haven't heard anything yet. Is this expected for an appliance that carries a 2 year warranty and is guranteed by the supplier.
