Ought a washing machine defy at ok furniture almost a year back, with extended warranty, spinner stop working got Ok and they fetch it, telling me the first time a tech will fetch it at home really, no! okay nearly 2 and still no washing machine, Ok says defy will fix it, and they come and go today was shown a quote saying I must pay 1300zar for it hello i have a warranty, yes sorry we forgot, now its a fight, i must get a new one but Ok and defy dont know what to do
