Poor technician to come and fix washing machine

I purchased a Defy washing machine from Game and the drying compartment stopped working. I lodged a complain at North-riding Game but the guy who came to fix the machine did not fix it. At the time he came to fix the machine he found the nanny at our house and he told the nanny that there is nothing wrong with the dryer. But the machine still didn't work even now it is not working. Can Defy please get me someone who is professional enough to come and fix my washing machine. Please
