Don't rely on Defy

I bought a new Defy Front Loader (DAW370) on 31st December 2012 from Game. 2 weeks outside of my warrantee my washing machine will NOT turn on. Due to the cost of using official Defy service/repair men, I got a local washing machine serviceman to have a look. The motherboard (panel) is gone - just over a year old!!! Defy priced the part at R1928 excl VAT! I bought the machine new for R3200!

At this price I may as well buy a new machine.
Seriously Defy?!?!?!? A 1 year old machine...
and here I thought Defy was a decent brand of good quality. I am highly disappointed and will never again 'rely on defy'
