Its over a month now and still no feedback on claim 2486303, our house still leaking every time when it rains. Phoned the call centre 086011225 and they just promised to call us back, an as usual nothing happens. When will this calim be solved? Or you want the whole house to be flooded with water then you will be on the TV news?
