Outsurance
False advertisement

I recently needed a insurance for my motor vechile. After getting a few quotes I decided to give Outsurance a call as I thought they can beat the one that I got from another insurance company. Well and they can't give me a lower premium (with the same benefits as I got from another company) and then I told the operator that then Outsurance must pay me the R400 that they adverise all over if they cant beat another insurance. The operator told me that it is for only existing policies with other companies. But Outsurance is not advertising this, False advertisement or not Outsurance? My reference for this call was 25033256.
