OVER A MONTH TO HEAR CLAIM IS DENIED!!

I lodged my claim on the 18th Dec 2013. I called the call centre on the 15th Jan to find out what is happening and waited on the phone for 15 mins with no answer. I have since sent 2 emails, on the 15th of January to which no one has replied and another email on the 2ndh of Jan still no reply.

On the 27th January I called again and waited on the line for 15 mins AGAIN for someone to take
my call and eventually ran out of airtime.

I find it ridiculuos that it is impossible to speak to someone? - I dont have the time or the money to be waiting on the phone so long! I also phoned on a Saturday and was told that claims was closed and asked the lady on switch board to please send them an email to call me as I dont have the money to be on hold for 15 mins at a time. No one called me back. Today I called at 8am and luckily got through only to be told my claim is denied as the inspectors say it is from gradual deterioration... When I 1st out in the claim I was told to get a quote for the damaged parquet as you dont have any contractors in the area, and no one has asked me for that quote and I havent been able to send it to anyone as I cant speak to anyone.
