Good day,

I had an account from Ned bank Ackerman's account, and was listed from Ned bank because they claim that I had an amount outstanding since 2007. I went to the branch of Ackerman's, and was told to pay a certain amount to settle the account. I was under impression that my account was closed, to my surprise my name got listed and was told I owe an amount of R244.93. Why should I leave an amount of R244.93 to get listed.

I want my name cleared IMMEDIATELY or I'll get the ombudsman of Ned bank.
