Poor service of staff/claims

It is taking medshield 6 months to pay for a blood test that was taken in february this year.they rejected the claim because of an invalid tarrif code.i contacted the lab and asked them for the correct code which they said was correct .phoned the call centre once again and told them the person said to me there was a system problem and could not understand this they would speak to the claims dept and ask them to re process the claim.no one ever from medshield ever responds to my claim if i dont phone them they just leave my claim pending unless i call them to find out what is happening they give me diff excuses and refence nos.this was becoming frustrating ang req to speak to the team leader.dealing with the team leader for over a month i still have no joy and my claim is still pending.till today when i called she still hasnt sorted the matter out and tells me she is waiting for veri rat to send the letter and the guy incharge is not there what bad servive from veri rat to take 2 weeks to send a letter to the lab.today i asked to speak to someone higher than her related the storie to her she promised to come back to me today???
