How am i nw suppose to claim

On monday I called them for the accident of which I waited almost 30min for them to call me back with a reference number to tow the car then of which I spoke to revival the next day I called again to enquire wot they will need from me inorder to proceed with a claim I don't knw who I spoke to but the lady then put me thru to the claims dept I waited on the line for abt 15min of which no1 answered the call was then reverted back to that same lady and she informed me that they experiencing a high volume of calls and since they have my details they will call me back that was 09:00am I then waited until wednesday afternoon 15:00 and called again I was once again put thru to the claims dpt for nondriving vehicles after waiting 10min in the line my airtime ran out coz I'm using my cell I then called back and I asked the lady to call me back on my cell coz I've got little airtime and she did when she called me back she then put me thru to the claims dpt again of which I waited almost 30min for them to answer but they neva did so I dropped the call so how am I suppose to claim if they don't answer I'm so go cancel them after they payed my ca
