Wrongful debits!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I am complaining about being debited R632.46 whereas my account is up to date. It's really unprofessional to make the same mistake so many times and therefore inconveniencing me. To make matters worse an additional R100.00 has also been debited this month. I don't understand how such a big bank can do this. It just shows your structure and staff is incompetent. I'm getting tired of going through this each month. Really poor service by the bank. Would appreciate if u don't call me and ask me too many questions and Just refund me my money because u can easily see my account status. Including money unnecessarily debited.
