I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS INCOMPETENT BANK AND IT'S INCOMPETENT STAFF. NEDBANK PERSONAL LOAN ALWAYS TAKES MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT SAME THING BUT BECAUSE THEY'RE SO INCOMPETENT, THEY CAN'T DO NOTHING TO FIX IT. YOU PHONE THE CALL CENTRE, THEY TAKE YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST BECAUSE THEY'RE SO CLUELESS. WOW!!! WHAT A GREAT SERVICE.

NOW HAD TO CANCEL MY TRIP BECAUSE THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT ON THE WRONG DATE.

JUST THINK TWICE BEFORE THINKING OF OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH NEDBANK. THERE ARE GREAT BANKS LIKE FNB WHERE THEY HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS AND RESPECT CUSTOMERS' PERSONAL ACCOUNTS. CAN'T WAIT TO PAY OFF MY LOAN AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THIS INCOMPETENT BANK. FAILING TO HONOR A SIMPLE THING, DEBITING ON THE CORRECT DATE.
