Hi I have been on hold with my pension fund claim for a long time now and just cant seem to cope with this misleading information that's been given every time I call. Every week I call they give me different stories like (your claim is been finalised by S.A.R.S, we are busy with your company confirmation, we are doing banking confirmation), now I have been given these stories twice and after the third time I went to the office where this lady told me that my claim was never processed after 5 months of waiting and after calling for several weeks I still ended up with nothing. When I asked this lady how long it would take with this claim she told me that she does not know. Now what do I have to go through to get what is rightfully mine. I just got tired of all this nonsense that a person has to suffer to get back your own belongings. I hope u understand the frustration thank you in advance.
